Grab Your Eyeliner, Former Emo Kids: My Chemical Romance Announces A Reunion Tour

It’s no longer “so long and goodnight” for My Chemical Romance fans. The beloved band, a fixture for those emo teens, has announced a reunion tour to our unending delight.

The band announced the tour via an almost 14-minute short film (see above) entitled “A summoning…”. In the film, a young man (Marcos Garcia) sets up a pentagram and ouija board in his room. In trying to summon something small, he finds himself beset by menacing masked figures. When the board tells the boy to run, he does not need to be told twice.

While on the run, he finds nods to My Chemical Romance’s past from “Vampires Will Never Hurt You” to Danger Days’. When he lands in L.A.’s The Forum, the site of MCR’s 2019 reunion show, that’s when the reunion tour dates start scrolling, folks.
