Maisie Williams makes her return to television after Game of Thrones ignoble end with Two Weeks to Live.
This dark comedy, which originated on Sky in the UK, is a six-episode limited series. Williams plays Kim Noakes, a twentysomething oddball that lives in the woods with her doomsday prepper mother (Sian Clifford). She escapes her sequestered life in the woods in order to hunt down the people that she believes killed her father.
Joining her in the revenge scheme? Brothers Jay and Nicky (Taheen Modak and Mawaan Rizwan), who are roped in after. prank at a local pub goes a bit off the rails. Doesn’t it always?
It definitely looks like it’s going to go all in on the dark comedy, which we’re here for.
