The New MutantsĀ are trucking along to get this anticipated but forever pushed-back film out to the masses. Can a film be stuck in a development hell afters its been released?
Because, if we’re being real here for a moment, this is what that feels like.
Directed by Josh Boone, this long-long-oh so very, very long delayed film is heading to Comic-Con@Home next month. And in the teaser above, we get the date and time of the panel along with some new footage showing Anya Taylor-Joy’s Magik in action.
It’s pretty badass.
The New Mutants panel will head online Thursday, July 23 at 2 p.m. PT.
Currently, the release date is aimed for Aug. 28 for a theatrical run. Who knows if it will get delayed again though. Because, well, have you seen the world lately?
