Syfy Acquires Dallas And Robo Starring John Cena And Kat Dennings

Want to a see a girl and her cowboy hat wearing AI bestie travel through space together? Then you’ll like Syfy’s newly acquired adult animated series, Dallas & Robo.

Originally airing as a YouTube Original (is YouTube Red still a thing?), the series stars John Cena as Robo and Kat Dennings as Dallas. The series is described as “a space-trucking comedy following the misadventures of foul-mouthed ex-stock car racer Dallas (voiced by Dennings) and her ass-kickin’, artificially intelligent good buddy, Robo (Cena).”

Sounds like fun on our end. The teaser trailer looks hilarious as Robo deals with being a sidekick, Dallas tells people off for bad driving, and there is a lot of drinking happening.

Dallas & Robo eight episode freshman run will air on Syfy at “midnight-ish” during TZGZ late night animation block. If you want to see it elsewhere, then check out Syfy On Demand to see the episodes on your own time.
