Black Widow has finally released its first trailer and we’re psyched.
While Natasha (Scarlett Johansson) was done dirty in Avengers: Endgame, it’s nice to see her deal with her past in the 2020 solo film. Following the events of Captain America: Civil War, Natasha is on the run from Thaddeus Ross (William Hurt). Heading back to Russia, Natasha finds herself embroiled in a brand new threat.
She gathers her “sister” Yelena (Florence Pugh) along with Alexei, a.k.a. Red Guardian (David Harbour), and the mysterious Malena (Rachel Weisz) to help. We also get our first look at Taskmaster (actor unknown), but the background does look like its Budapest. So we’re wondering if we’ll see a flashback as to how Natasha was recruited to S.H.I.E.L.D. all those years ago.
We also see a ton of thrilling action, shots of the Red Room, and Nat wearing a brand new white uniform. Maybe, you can go home again after all.

Black Widow hits theatres on May 1, 2020.
