Crisis On Infinite Earths is definitely the most ambitious television crossover of all time. Taking place over four nights across five shows with an untold number of characters, this event will see worlds colliding and the very fate of the Arrowverse at stake.
Not even that, both Arrow and The Flash are dedicating large portions of their stories for the season to the build-up of the crossover. We’re only a couple of weeks away.
In that time, we’re going to see footage and photos and be sent into emotional tailspins over everything involved with the event.
On Sunday, Nov. 10, we saw our first brief glimpses of the crossover. It was only 10-seconds but those 10 seconds showed a hell of a lot.
We get our first glimpses of Black Lightning (Cress Williams) in the crossover along with the return of Brandon Routh’s Superman. Plus a dramatic shot that shows J’onn J’onzz (David Harewood), Sara Lance (Caity Lotz), Barry Allen (Grant Gustin), Kara Danvers (Melissa Benoist), Kate Kane (Ruby Rose), and a resurrected Lex Luthor (Jon Cryer). We also get a glimpse of Ryan Choi (Osric Chau), who will make his Arrowverse debut in the event.
Check out the trailer below and begin to mentally prepare yourself for the event that we’ve been waiting for for years.
Crisis on Infinite Earths begins with Supergirl on Dec. 8, Batwoman on Dec. 9, and The Flash on Dec. 10. It will wrap up with Arrow and Legends of Tomorrow on Jan. 14.
