Soon we’ll be trading in our fall sweaters and scarves for puffy jackets and beanie hats. We’ll have to trade our Halloween decor for something a little more red and green.

With the holiday season comes so many holiday movies. Now if you’re not in the mood to watch the Hallmark Channel, then Netflix has some choice holiday offerings.

One of which is Let It Snow, which is based on the book written by YA superstars John Green, Lauren Myracle, and Maureen Johnson. The book takes place in a midwestern town that gets hit by a massive snowstorm on Christmas Eve. A bunch of high school seniors find romance and adventure (amongst other things) during that one crazy night.

If you thought that the snowy backdrop will make for a sweet movie, then, well, you’re partially right. There are secrets to be held, awkward moments to be had, and romantic triangles abound in the trailer.

The film stars Isabela Merced, Shameik Moore (Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse), Odeya Rush (Lady Bird), Liv Hewson (Santa Clarita Diet), Mitchell Hope (Descendants), Kiernan Shipka (The Chilling Adventures Of Sabrina), Jacob Batalon (Spider-Man: Far From Home), and Joan Cusack (Shameless). It was directed by Luke Snellin

Let It Snow will be out on Netflix on Nov. 8.
