Frozen 2 Releases New Teaser And Drops Its Soundtrack List

One thing that will forever be imprinted on the cultural consciousness is “Let It Go” from Frozen.

It will never leave. It will also never fail to make parents develop a tick at the song. Don’t get us wrong. It’s a great song complete with Idina Menzel’s Broadway belt.

With the latest teaser for the film, audiences get a chance to hear what Disney clearly hopes to be the follow-up to “Let It Go”, “Into the Unknown”.

That’s right. We have a list of the new original songs in addition to who will cover some for the end credits. One thing that does make us jump for joy is more Jonathan Groff singing. Yaaas, please.

Evan Rachel Wood is the only member of the new cast to add her vocal chops. Returning cast members Menzel, Groff, Kristen Bell, and Josh Gad are the only ones to feature in the soundtrack. Wood will portray Queen Iduna, Elsa (Menzel) and Anna’s (Bell) mother, in the film. For those of us who heard her sing in the 2007’s Across the Universe, this will definitely give some hardcore nostalgia.

While Demi Lovato provided a cover of “Let It Go” in the first film for the end credits, Frozen 2 has secured three different acts for theirs. Panic! At The Disco will cover “Into the Unknown”; Kacey Musgraves will cover “All Is Found”; Weezer will cover “Lost In The Woods”.

Lovato and Brendon Urie are probably some of the few people who can keep up with Menzel’s vocals, let’s be real.

Check out the song list below.

1. “All is Found” – performed by Evan Rachel Wood
2. “Some Things Never Change” – performed by Kristen Bell, Idina Menzel, Josh Gad and Jonathan Groff
3. “Into the Unknown” – performed by Idina Menzel (featuring Norwegian singer AURORA)
4. “When I Am Older” – performed by Josh Gad
5. “Reindeer(s) are Better than People (Cont.)” – performed by Jonathan Groff
6. “Lost in the Woods” – performed by Jonathan Groff
7. “Show Yourself” – performed by Idina Menzel and Evan Rachel Wood
8. “The Next Right Thing” – performed by Kristen Bell
9. “Into the Unknown” – performed by Panic! At The Disco (end credits)
10. “All is Found” – performed by Kacey Musgraves (end credits)

Frozen 2 will be released on Nov. 22. The soundtrack is currently available for pre-order.
