Legends Of Tomorrow Reassures Fans About Missing Actors In Season Five Photo

Legends Of Tomorrow may not return with season five until midseason, but they’re starting to film the new season.

We’re excited. We are so excited.

But the photo from the first day of filming, however, had some fans nervous about the fates of their favorite characters. It’s valid as Legends has a revolving door for its cast with some stable characters remaining.

The writers room for the series posted a picture of Caity Lotz (Sara Lance), Jes Macallan (Ava Sharpe), Nick Zano (Nate Heywood), Ramona Young (Mona Wu), Brandon Routh (Ray Palmer), Dominic Purcell (Mick Rory), and Shayan Sobhian (Behrad Tomaz). Missing from the image are Tala Ashe (Zari Tomaz), Maisie Richardson-Sellers (Charlie), Matt Ryan (John Constantine), Nora Darhk (Courtney Ford), and Olivia Swann (Astra Logue).

Swann was recently announced as the season five Big Bad and Ryan’s return to the series has been confirmed recently as well.

Even so, the account had to calm down worried fans. It was, after all, the first day of filming the new season.

Season five will see the Legends go up against some of the worst of the worst in history. Astra (Swann) at the end of season five released their souls into the time stream, so the team will be going against Genghis Khan, Stalin, Lizzie Borden, you get the picture.

Hopefully, we’ll learn more when the cast descends on San Diego Comic Con this weekend.

Legends of Tomorrow returns at midseason in 2020. The characters will appear during “Crisis on Infinite Earths” as one of the five Arrowverse shows in the event.
