This Behind-The-Scenes Footage Of Keanu Reeves Recording His Toy Story 4 Lines Is Peak Keanussance

Toy Story 4 will be released in a couple of weeks. We’re very excited to see what heartbreaking turn that Woody (Tom Hanks) and the gang will go to for the final outing.

And, by excited, we mean we’re going to hoard tissues.

While the cast from previous films is returning, there are some exciting new additions.

One, naturally, is Keanu Reeves. As pop culture nerds will tell you, we’re in the middle of the Keanussance at the moment. With John Wick: Chapter 3Always Be My Maybe, and Toy Story 4 released this year, plus other projects in the pipeline, Reeves is on the top of his game.

In the film, Reeves will play a toy by the name of Duke Caboom, a toy supposed to do tricks that Woody meets in an antique shop. He is also suffering an existential crisis of his owner selling him because he could not do what the commercials promise.

So, yeah, peak Keanu.

In some behind-the-scenes footage released by director John Cooley, we see Keanu at work. And it is amazing. The section with Reeves is just perfect, bless him.

Check it out below.

Toy Story 4 will be released on June 21st.
