Things are going to very terrifying soon thanks to the latest trailer released.

After months of teasing, IT: Chapter Two finally released its first official trailer, and it is not one you’ll want to watch in the dark.

For those needing a refresher, the continuation to the blockbuster horror film takes place several decades after the events of the first film. The grown up members of The Loser Club have long fled from Derry where they once defeated a shapeshifting malevolent creature that feeds on fear and suffering.

As far as whom is playing who as an adult, Bill Denbrough is played by James McAvoy, Jessica Chastain is Beverly Marsh, and Isaiah Mustafa is Mike Hanlon, the lone man who stayed in Derry. Andy Bean is Boy Scout Stan Uris while Jay Ryan is big-hearted Ben Hanscom. James Ransone is hypochondriac Eddie Kaspbrak, and rounding out the cast is Bill Hader as wiseass Richie Tozier.

What brings the Losers club back to Derry? They all get the call they’ve been dreading for 27 years: It … is back.

The trailer doesn’t hold anything back as the tension is felt from the get go as adult Bev is first shown to revisit her former home whose current tenant is not normal.

Check out the trailer below!

IT: Chapter Two hits theaters on September 6th.
