Sabrina (Kiernan Shipka) may have signed the Book of the Beast at the end of Part One of The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. That means that she has a new ‘do and a new darkness within her.
The cast of the series previewed to Entertainment Weekly about what fans can expect from the second part of the series.
Lucy Davis and Miranda Otto, who plays Aunts Hilda and Zelda, called the second season “darker” and sexier. Based on the trailers, we definitely agree that it looks like it’s going down that road.
Of course, Sabrina may be rocking that new power boost courtesy of the Devil. It doesn’t mean that she may be making the best life choices. As Chance Perdomo, who plays Ambrose in the series, points out, that means that her family may be feeling the consequences of her actions.
Not that Sabrina may even care. Otto says that, in addition to the hair, Sabrina is a lot more independent. Zelda, according to Otto, is “very proud of Sabrina but she’s also frightened by her independence and some of the decisions that she’s making along the way.”
Then there is the promise of learning more about Madam Satan’s (Michelle Gomez) own path of darkness and Ambrose’s mysterious past.
Frankly, we’re all here for it.
The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina Part Two will be out on April 5th on Netflix.
