Legends of Tomorrow is definitely going to have its handful tonight (Monday, April 15th).
Between the funeral for Hank Heywood (Tom Wilson) and Nora Darhk (Courtney Ford) framed for his death, things are pretty insane in the present day. In the past? Well things are definitely going to get interesting for the women on the team. Sara (Caity Lotz), Zari (Tala Ashe), Charlie (Maisie Richardson-Sellers), and Mona (Ramona Young) are heading to Regency England to deal with a bigtime magical alert.
Naturally, this journey to the past will also include a big Bollywood music number.
Of course, it will. What else would you expect on the show?
In celebration of this, Caity Lotz posted a behind-the-scenes music video from the ladies of Legends, which showcases them rocking out to some M.I.A.
I love this cast. Bless them.
This isn’t Ashe’s first time in Bollywood number. She appeared in one seven years ago on NBC’s short-lived Smash. She reminicised about it with Entertainment Weekly back in March.
“In the Smash one, it was really fun and really incredible to be dancing alongside Anjelica Houston. This one was really, really character based for me and Zari’s story. It kind of starts in the world of Jane Austen in Regency-era, and then in the wonderful, crazy Legends way, we land in Bollywood. But all of it, at least in my mind, made sense for the evolution of Zari’s character.”
Legends of Tomorrow airs Mondays at 8/7c on the CW.
