Ever since Captain Marvel soared into theatres, fans have had one unending question.

“Where has Carol been?”

It’s a fair question. Earth has, well, she’s been through a lot since the 90s. Nick Fury (Samuel L Jackson) may have been pressing that button, but Carol (Brie Larson) has not been answering.

In the first clip for Avengers: Endgame, she gives an extremely valid answer when James “Rhodey” Rhodes (Don Cheadle) asks that exact question.

But if you want to go in 100% for Avengers: Endgame, then stop reading now.

Seriously. SPOILERS AHEAD!

“There are a lot of planets in the universe. Unfortunately, they didn’t have you guys.”

Now who else is hoping for the adventures of Carol Danvers, toppling evil regimes and seducing alien princesses? Because we’re here for it. We’re so here for it.

According to Entertainment Weekly in a longer version of the clip shown to reports, we have Nebula (Karen Gillan) helping the team nail down where Thanos (Josh Brolin) will have gone since The Snap. She remembers a garden that he liked to visit. With that, Rocket (voiced by Bradley Cooper) and Natasha Romanoff (Scarlett Johnasson) nail down an energy signature coming from a lush planet similar to The Snap.

EW also show a clip that showed Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr), who was missing from the released clip. The actor had been digitally emaciated to show the effects of 22 days with limited food and water.

Check out the clip that was released below.

Avengers: Endgame will be released on April 26th in the US.
