The Flash Is All About Nora West-Allen In New Photos And Poster For Season 5

The Flash season five is under a month away from its season five premiere. Let’s just say, they left us on one heck of a cliffhanger with Nora West-Allen (Jessica Parker Kennedy), crashing the party for her baby aunt Jenna, and announcing that she mucked up the timeline.

While we got a trailer last week, the CW has dropped a bunch of new pictures AND a new poster that seem to be centered around the newly identified character. Plus it looks like Uncle Cisco (Carlos Valdes) and Aunt Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker) are more than ready to just chug that champagne. At this point, we gotta wonder when speedsters would stop mucking with the timeline.

Also pictured is Keiynan Lonsdale as Wally West, who will be taking a break from the Arrowverse for the time being.

Also shown in the images is the season premiere villain, Gridlock, who is sporting some serious style with that mask. Just sayin’.

In addition to this new photos, we also got a new poster for the season. It shows Barry and Nora running side by side with Barry looking at his daughter. In the grand tradition of these posters, there is a pun: “Fast. Present. Future.”

As for what we can expect from Nora, Jessica Parker Kennedy likens her character to her in-show father in an interview with Newsarama.

“Personality-wise, I think she’s a lot like Barry. Certainly, the way Barry was early on. She’s finding her footing. She’s goofy, she’s dorky, she’s very young spirited. She is prone to making mistakes and other people needing to clean them up. That’s just sort of where she’s at right now. She’s in the experimental phase of her life.”

The Flash season five premieres on Tuesday, October 9th at 8/7c on the CW.
