Guess who made a special appearance at San Diego Comic Con? Beebo! The DC’s Legends of Tomorrow cast has brought along their furry friend (Adam Tsekhman in costume) to their panel on Saturday afternoon.

When the Legends return from the summer break, they will just have defeated Mallus (voiced by John Noble) by turning into Beebo. For the first time, the ragtag group are actual heroes. That is until Constantine (Matt Ryan) bursts their bubble to let them know they let more than just Mallus out of his change.

In a teaser trailer for season four, we see the team headed to Woodstock, where they seem to stumble upon a unicorn. The panel also let slip that the Legends will cross paths with the Beatles. To the joy of many, Beebo will also return!

As always with our Legends, each season the group dynamics and relationships between characters will shift. With Constantine joining permanently, John will most likely butt heads with Mick (Dominic Purcell), but seems to be getting along with Gary. Both Matt Ryan and Adam Tsekhman would like to see more of that dynamic.

Last season, Ray (Brandon Routh) has gotten a lot closer with Nora Darhk (Courtney Ford), and the two of them will continue to play off of their chemistry. Ray is such a positive influence for Nora, which she is drawn to, according to Ford, who is also Routh’s real life wife.

Sara continues to be the leader of the group, which is important to Caity Lotz. “Not only is she a female leader, she is a bisexual LGBTQ character that’s a leader”, she stated during the panel.

In the beginning of the season, said Lotz, Sara will briefly mention her father’s death on Arrow earlier this year. It is something the character has dealt with off-screen. We will be seeing a lot softer side of Ms Lance thanks to her relationship with Ava (Jes Macallan). The two of them will try to find time for each other and explore their connection.

After Amaya’s (Maisie Richardson-Sellers) return to 1942, Nate (Nick Zano) was left heartbroken, and it seems that this season will hold just as much drama for him. Back to the Future’s Thomas Wilson will join the cast as Nate’s father, who he will reconnect with.

Speaking of Amaya: Maisie Richardson-Sellers’ Amaya may have left the ship, but the woman behind the character will stick around for another season. The actress will return as a whole new character, a ‘rebel trickster’ called Charlie, who turns out to be a lot more edgy, and cheeky, than Amaya. Most importantly, Maisie will be keeping her British accent for this one!

DC’s Legends of Tomorrow returns with season four Monday, October 22nd at 8/7c on The CW.
