The 80s was a fascinating time for fashion, just absolutely something. Neon colors, polyester, and shoulders so padded you could tackle a linebacker.

Personally, that’s one of the things we’re already loving about Wonder Woman 1984. From Steve Trevor’s Fanny Pack of Secrets and Kristen Wiig’s as Barbara Minerva, we’re getting some prime throwback outfits.

Now it’s time to see a new member of the cast rock the look. This one is all Gordon Gecko. In this new image from the film, courtesy of director Patty Jenkins, we see Pedro Pascal as his mystery character. The Game of Thrones and Narcos star is definitely padded out. We’re not quite sure about the hair though, to be hones.t

Though to be really, really, we’re still more fascinated by his shoulders in that suit and how padded they are. They have to be right?

Jenkins captioned the picture on her Twitter with, “Can’t…Stop…Watching…”

Pascal also shared his image to his Instagram account with the succinct caption, “Power suit. Power hair.”

Wonder Woman 1984 started shooting only a couple of weeks ago. At this point, we have more questions then answers, the majority of which are centered around why Steve Trevor is alive and rocking a fanny pack. Though Gadot and Jenkins did stop at San Diego Comic-Con to share a brief clip from the shoot, which was met with euphoric freaking out from the fans.

On choosing the 80s and setting the films in the past, Jenkins said “When you dig into these eras, they as metaphors signify things that are true always. There was something about [the 1980s] that symbolized the beginning of modernity and the mechanized world.”

Wonder Woman 1984 hits theatres November 1st, 2019.
