Or sexy directions, up to you to pick the phrase that you want to use.
According to Variety, Idris Elba has signed on to the film as the antagonist. Elba is best known for his work on Luther, Heimdall in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and other roles. He’s also played antagonists in such films as The Jungle Book, Star Trek Beyond, and No Good Deed.
The film, referred to as Hobbs & Shaw, will star Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham as their Fast & Furious characters, special agent Luke Hobbs and criminal mastermind Deckard Shaw. This has been part of a long-standing plan at Universal to spin Hobbs off into his own franchise since his debut in the fifth film of Fast & Furious.
The film will be directed by Deadpool 2′s David Leitch and written by Chris Morgan. Production on the film is set to begin this fall.
The film is slated to hit theatres on July 26th, 2019.
