With just over a month to go until Avengers: Infinity War hits cinemas worldwide, Marvel Studios gave the eager fans what they were waiting for, a new full trailer which right now raises more questions than answers.
The trailer shows the Avengers realising that Thanos is out for domination and destruction of the universe by powering the Infinity Gauntlet, and with the universe in danger, the heroes of the Marvel Cinematic Universe unite to save the day.
The trailer shows Captain America, Bucky, and Black Widow in Wakanda with T’Challa, and in one of the best scenes, I have ever seen Star-Lord meets Tony Stark and it is PURE comedy genius.
It is clear from this new trailer that even though the Marvel Cinematic Universe is uniting to vanquish Thanos there is the very strong chance that not everyone will come out of battle unscathed. In this trailer alone we see Thor and Captain America in real trouble, and with another Avengers movie to be released in 2019, which was originally called Avengers: Infinity War Part 2 means we may well have to prepare to lose some of our heroes.
Even with all this potential trauma, the comedic elements were clearly obvious, other than the Star-Lord / Ironman head to head, I couldn’t help but laugh out loud at Peter Parker meeting Dr Strange.
Avengers: Infinity War will be released US cinemas on April 27, with the movie landing in UK and Australia and New Zealand on April 26.
