Harry Potter River Cruises Are Happening And We Want Our Tickets

Oh Harry Potter, how many ways can you take my money? Tours, theme parks, Hogwarts swag, new movies, new books, a play, it all goes to you eventually.

Now one we have one more thing to add to the list: Harry Potter river cruise.

Thanks to the people at Barge Ladies cruise company, Potterheads can embark on a weeklong Harry Potter themed river cruise this August. This unique weeklong cruise on the River Thames will take goers “to various filming locations from the franchise, Hogwarts-friendly cuisine, and Warner Bros. Studios.”

The cruise sets sail from Hampton court and includes visits to key filming locations, such as Virginia Water, Picket Post Close, Oxford’s Christ Church College, and, naturally, the Harry Potter Warner Bros. Studio Tour. That’s good because well it is a week and a lot of money.

The Harry Potter Magic Cruise runs from August 5th-11th and 19th-25th. Although, you may need to empty out your Gringotts account to board. The cruise costs roughly $4,190 per person.

Money aside, we’d still want to board. Maybe pretend to be students from Durmstrang or ickle firsties on our way to get Sorted.
