The New Black Panther Trailer Is Here And It Is The Definition Of Lit

After having met T’Challa (Chadwick Boseman) aka the Black Panther in Captain America: Civil War, we couldn’t wait for the standalone movie of the superhero king.

We have been teased with both official images of the film’s characters and a teaser trailer, but we never got to see an official trailer.

Until today.

Marvel has finally released a full trailer for the upcoming movie. Thank God that February isn’t that far away after watching it.

Comic fans already knew that Wakanda is an impressive place, but Everett K. Ross (Martin Freeman) has learned of its marvels. He wants to know what else T’Challa is hiding. The trailer gives us a first very good impression of T’Challa’s kingdom. I can imagine that there will be quite a few challenges for him in his role as king now. As Nakia (Lupita Nyong’o) points out, he is the only one who gets to decide what kind of king he is going to be. This is especially the case as he wrestles with keeping Wakanda isolated or reaching out to the world.

There is a lot more of Andy Serkis as Ulysses Klaue in the trailer. It is obvious that he is a real threat to T’Challa and his country as he knows the truth about Wakanda.

Klaue doesn’t let T’Challa rest, that’s for sure. What we can see of their literal street brawl, it’s going to be one hell of a fight come February.

In order to get us even more hyped, Chadwick Boseman revealed a new poster on his Twitter page today.

It definitely looks better than the first one we saw!

Black Panther will be hitting theaters on February 16th, 2018. While that means we have to wait a bit longer, it also means that we can just watch the trailer over and over again in the meantime.

Check the trailer out below and tell us what you think!
