Oliver Reaches Out to Felicity in Sneak Peek for Tonight’s Arrow Episode

Ever since the official pictures for tonight’s Arrow episode “Next of Kin” have been released, Olicity fans have been counting the days, hours, and minutes until they get their hands on the episode. They know there will be plenty of material for them to use for gifs, videos, and graphics, and there’s no doubt that the interwebs will be flooded with prime Olicity content come 10pm eastern time.

However, to pass the time a little more quickly – or because they know it’ll drive fans, and therefore audience numbers wild – The CW and TVInsider have given fans a little sneak peek of what to expect tonight. And what to expect are lingering glances, bright smiles and a whole lot of charm.

The short clip shows Oliver and Felicity connecting over food, probably the most relatable thing about them. With Oliver’s decision to (at least temporarily) quit the Green Arrow business, the former couple discuss Oliver’s increasingly difficult relationship with William.

Oliver admits that he has trouble connecting with his son, and asks Felicity for advice. And help. With Math. But take a look for yourselves, and behold the glory that is Arrow’s most popular almost-couple.

The clip also sheds light on that “surprising source” that Oliver reaches out to, as described in the official synopsis for #6.03, which turns out not to be surprising at all. After all, it has always been Felicity that Oliver sought out in moments of need.

“DC CHARACTER ONYX VISITS STAR CITY — A rogue black ops team led by Onyx (guest star Chastity Dotson) breaks into Kord Industries and steals something lethal. Oliver (Stephen Amell) struggles to connect with William (guest star Jack Moore) so he reaches out to a surprising source for help. Kevin Tancharoen directed the episode written by Speed Weed & Oscar Balderrama (#603)”.

Are you ready for tonight’s Olicity-filled episode, Arrow fandom? Only hours to go!
