Expect More Of Those Captain America PSA’s In Spider-Man: Homecoming Blu-Ray Release

Spider-Man: Homecoming had a lot of really amazing moments. From the bigger set pieces to the moments of quiet drama to the humor, the film was just a lot of fun.

I have to admit that my favorite running joke of the film were those cheesy as all get out PSA’s that Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) apparently did in the aftermath of the Incident.

I have so many questions. I hope that if the Marvel One Shots do make a come back. We just get a One Shot focused on that. Because while the stage show may have been embarrassing for Steve, this had to have been a whole other level of dancing monkey. And I want to witness it.

Even if it is just Steve and Nick Fury (Samuel L Jackson) in a room with Fury trying to convince Steve to do these cheesy things, I want to see it.

While we saw three full PSAs at various parts of the film, I have never needed more in my life to see Steve Rgoers talk about your changing body. Oh. It’s the little things in life that make it worth living.

Well apparently my fondest wish is coming true on the Spider-Man: Homecoming Blu-ray.

In an interview with Collider, director Jon Watts promised that we will be seeing more cheesy PSAs. He only had Chris Evans for a limited time after all. So he wanted to get as many as possible for the film.

“I just wrote pages of them ’cause I had Chris Evans for however amount of time, so I just feed him… We put it together like it was the actual DVD that they show at the school, so it just is clicking from one to another to another.”

I want to know how Chris Evans kept a straight face during this.

There are apparently 10 of these things. And we get to see them all for the Blu-ray release.

God bless. I can’t wait.
