It’s crazy to think that Spider-Man: Homecoming is just around the corner, but it is. It’s just around the corning.
The film, which will be released on July 7th has already started with its promotional campaign and everything we see is making us more and more excited.
A new, shorter trailer for the film was released that is focused on the suit Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr) makes for Peter Parker (Tom Holland) during Civil War.
Speaking of Civil War it looks as though we might be getting some overlapping footage if this trailer is anything to go by. It shows Parker filming the airport scene and gushing over Captain America (same, Peter Parker. Same).
It will be really interesting to see how/if this will actually be incorporated into the film itself.
Check out the trailer below:
The trailer is a little introduction to the suit Tony Stark creates for Parker so it only makes sense that these features are highlighted in the trailer.
We’re going to be getting web technology like we’ve never seen it before with different settings for what Spidey wants his web to do, what looks like a body scan technology within the suit, and webbing to help Spidey float through the air.
Spider-Man: Homecoming looks like a Spider-man movie we’re not used to. Holland’s portrayal of Parker seems to be getting better with each trailer that is released solidifying his perfection for the role.
Can you tell we’re excited?
Personally my favourite part of this new trailer is the end with the Captain America workout video. Yes, we’ve seen this before but the tweaked line of “I stole his shield…then he beat me up.”
