New Photos Tease What’s To Come On Game Of Thrones

Fans all around the world were disappointed when it was announced that season seven of Game of Thrones was going to start in the summer rather than its normal slot in the spring.

Right around this time we would be gearing up for the first episode of the season but now we must anxiously wait until July to find out what is going to happen to our favourite (and not so favourite) families in the Seven Kingdoms. To ease our pain, HBO has released a whopping 28 photos from the upcoming season to Entertainment Weekly.

There is even a picture of the remaining Stark siblings all together smiling (seen above) and though this is probably just a promotional image of some sort it’s concerning nonetheless.

No one can ever stay happy in the Seven Kingdoms.

The photos feature pretty much everyone from Brienne of Tarth to the Hound to the new fave Lyanna Mormont and, of course, dragons.

Check out the photos in the gallery below.

Is it July 16th yet?

We are all painfully aware that the seventh season marks the penultimate season of the critically acclaimed television show and it has now been revealed that the final season of the show (the eighth season) will only consist of six episodes.

Six – that’s it.

The end is near but you know that the road there will be nonstop, action packed and, let’s be real, bloody.

We’ve got just two more seasons to see which of our theories are right, which are wrong, and what we didn’t even think of.

And let’s not forget the four or five Game of Thrones prequels that are currently in development with HBO. There is so much to explore.

Season seven of Game of Thrones will premiere on HBO on July 16th.

Are you ready?
