The fact that Benedict Cumberbatch’s Doctor Strange will definitely make an appearance in the upcoming Avengers: Infinity War not only has fans excited, but also Cumberbatch himself, as he has revealed in an interview with Collider.

“I feel like I’ve said it all before,” the British actor said. “It’s very exciting, it was great to be in origin film that’s done this well and I really enjoyed playing him, and even with the reshoots we did, it was great fun to put that costume and persona back on again, so I’m very excited to carry him forward.”

And we are excited to see what Stephen Strange will be up to in this next movie, especially given that he will interact with so many great heroes. Though, we also cannot forget the villains as well and hopefully we will see him interact with Tom Hiddleston’s Loki, as the two actors are close friends. Although, Hiddleston hasn’t been confirmed yet, but a girl can dream.

When asked to choose a favourite Avenger Cumberbatch couldn’t do it. And we cannot blame him for that. After all, it is hard for us as well.

The actor explains that it hasm been a great deal of fun with those Avengers he has worked with so far, especially Chris Hemsworth’s Thor with whom Cumberbatch has come together to shoot the after credit scene for Doctor Strange.

“That was great fun to do, and of the Avengers that I’ve met I’d love to work with all of them, I don’t really have any favorites but they’re terrific actors.”

The actor adds that, “there’s a lot of potential fun to have with mixing him into the ingredients that are already there, so I can’t wait.”

And we cannot wait either, even though we need to be patient, as Avengers: Infinity War is set to premier 2018.
