Our favorite iZombie bad boy, David Anders is making a one episode appearance as Dr. Victor Frankenstein on Once Upon a Time – WHOOP!
The last time we saw Dr. Whale, aka. Frankenstein, was in season 5 where he helped deliver Zelena’s baby. Can someone explain to me howDr. Whale always gets injured delivering babies? And how he always comes out of it uninjured? Maybe there is more of a crossover between iZombie and Once Upon a Time than we thought. Or maybe he is cursed to just continuously be thrown at walls. Only time will tell.
According to Executive Producer’s Edward Kitsis, “If you’re going to have Jekyll [Hank Harris] and Hyde [Sam Witwer], there has to be a mad scientist convention.” Executive Producer Adam Horowitz adds: “Let’s just say mad scientists stick together.”
So, does this mean there is a bro-code between science-bros we could be experiencing this season? What could Dr. Frankenstein and his bro be up to this season? A lot can happen in one episode – especially if Anders has anything to do with it.
Also, how blonde is Anders’ hair going to be? Remember, he is still bad boy Blaine on iZombie. I am sure that bleach is not easy to get out. Regina pointed out his blonde locks during Zelena’s labor last season. I do miss their bantering.
Well I guess we’ll have to wait and see. Once Upon a Time season 6 premieres Sunday, Sept. 25 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
