Supergirl is gathering up an amazing roster of actors going into its second season.

Like let’s just appreciate what’s going on here, okay?

We have Mon-El played by Christopher Wood. Miss Martian will be played by Sharon Leal. Badass cop Maggie Sawyer will be played by Floriana Lima. Gruff reporter Snapper Carr is played by Ian Gomez. Lena Luthor will be played by Katie McGrath.

We have freaking Superman played by Tyler Hoechlin.

And, oh yeah…

The President of the Goddamn United States will be played by Wonder Woman herself, Lynda Carter. If that isn’t the best thing you have ever heard in your life, then I don’t know what I can do with you.

Will I be referring to her as President Wonder Woman? Hell yeah, I am. And you cannot stop me.

So when are we going to see President Wonder Woman? Well we’re not going to wait long.

Melissa Benoist, who plays Kara Danvers/Supergirl, posted a snap of her and Lynda Carter on her Instagram. Is it everything I ever wanted since I heard of this news?

Yes. Yes, it is. And more.

It’s so fierce that I kind of want to cry from how glorious it looks.

We’ll be seeing Lynda Carter in the first episodes of the season. According to Mehcad Brooks‘ (Jimmy Olsen) social media, they’re filming episode three. Of course, multiple episodes can be shot at once depending on actor’s availability and when they can get certain places.

It’s fluid is what I’m saying, but we can definitely expect to see Carter in the first few episodes.

Supergirl season two will drop on October 10th.
