It was television’s biggest night as the Emmy Awards were handed out to those who have graced our small screens all year long. This year’s awards infused some new blood with its nominees but will they get to walk away with some hardware on the night?

Brooklyn Nine-Nine‘s Andy Samberg hosted the kudocast, winning the approval of audiences by calling out the ageism, sexism, and racism in Hollywood. The awards show experienced quite the shakeup early this year when it changed some of the criteria for what constitutes a comedy and drama among other things.
