Josh Brolin Will Bring The Wrath Of Thanos In Avengers: Infinity War

The last time we saw Thanos, he created chaos in our Marvel lives by taking the Infinity Gauntlet after all his previous failed attempts to get it.

We know there are two gloves: one is in Asgard, specifically in Odin’s Trophy Room, and the other one is now in Thanos’ possession. Sadly, we will have to wait until Avengers: Infinity War Part 1 to see if this second glove works as it should and where he got it (unless we got one more clue in a post-credits scene).

Infinity War will be all about Thanos versus The Avengers, which promises to be epic yet heartbreaking. So far, we have only got very brief appearances of the Mad Titan in the MCU, like in Guardians of the Galaxy and the post-credits scene in Age of Ultron, so the question arises: will we see him again before the big battle?

In an interview with MTV News, Josh Brolin shared he is not sure in which post-credits scene he might appear next.

“I don’t know which one I’m in. That’s a Kevin Feige question. I know the trajectory of what they’re doing, but I don’t know exactly which one I’m in”, Brolin said.

Fingers crossed for him to appear in one (or more!) post-credits scene before Infinity War. I’m not so secretly hoping it will be at the end of Doctor Strange.

Josh Brolin has previously declared that Iron Man is the one Avenger he especially wants to go toe-to-toe with, but now he is more into kicking the butt of every Avenger that comes his way.

“I don’t have a favourite because it’s me against all of them. I think the entirety is what I’m most looking forward to. Each and every one. I’m bringing the wrath”, he shared.

I do not kid when I tell you we should start getting emotionally ready for Infinity War, because I highly doubt all of our heroes will survive. Sorry.

Onto brighter things, Brolin shared his feelings towards fan reactions to him being the big baddie of the MCU.

“I love going into a comic book store and a guy connecting me with Thanos, and seeing the incredible regressive awe that happens. Like you see them lose 30 years in can’t-breathe awe. That’s fun, and I have a lot of respect for those fans. I’m excited about doing it, I really am”, Brolin said.

Here’s to hoping he will not disappear until Infinity War. Honestly, I love all this Thanos-Infinity Gauntlet teasing; it’s exciting!

Avengers: Infinity War Part 1, directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, will be released on May 4th, 2018. The second part will come to us a year later, on May 3rd, 2019. Get ready, seriously.
