On Wednesday Suicide Squad director, David Ayer, tweeted the first photo of the cast at a table read before filming begins next week, sending us at 4YE as well as the rest of the internet into a frenzy. A lot of fans were wondering where was our Joker, Jared Leto. The internet then took to Twitter utilizing #WhereIsJared to speculate.

Well, Ayer has answered by tweeting another photo.

It shows Leto recreating Alan Moore’s Batman: The Killing Joke graphic novel cover with him behind the lens of a camera, complete with #WhereIsJared. The picture is a little blurry and still very ominous with the dark background. It has me wandering what in the world are they up to. Still it is all very exciting.

Also another thing I noticed about the picture was that it looks like Leto’s hair is green! It is a little hard to tell, but his hair certainly doesn’t look bleached anymore.

It shows that David Ayer is definitely listening to the internet when it comes to the highly anticipated movie. No doubt he got many tweets from curious fans, so he had to answer them some how and there wasn’t a better way.

Previously Leto has been on tour with his band, 30 Seconds to Mars, but it looks like he is finally joining the rest of the cast. This means things are about to really get started with Suicide Squad.

The movie also stars Will Smith (Deadshot), Margot Robbie (Harley Quinn), Jai Courtney (Captain Boomerang), Cara Delevigne (Enchantress), Joel Kinnaman (Rick Flagg), and Viola Davis (Amanda Waller).
