The Comic Movies 2014 Super Cut Is Here And It Is Completely Awesome

Who doesn’t love Super Cut? Especially when it involves some of our favourite superheroes and comic-related movies of the year.

It’s not an easy task though: it takes a mastery at an editing software, time to collect the clips and a lot, a lot of patience. But it’s all worth it in the end!

Following the steps of the Marvel vs DC fan trailer that hit the internet a few months ago (and made both fandoms go wild), now comes an even bigger super cut: Comic Movies 2014. Yes! It happened! The trailer includes the biggest comic book/graphic novel movies that saw the light in 2014, such as The Amazing Spider-Man 2, 300: Rise of an Empire, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, X-Men: Days of Future Past, Sin City: A Dame to Kill For, Captain America: the Winter Soldier and, of course, Guardians of the Galaxy.

All the goodness in one incredible super cut that will blow your minds.

Sure, not all of them enjoyed the same success or were good at all (I must confess I forgot about the existence of 300: Rise of an Empire) but they all contributed to making 2014 a big year when it comes to comic-related movies.

As the folks at Comic Book point out, Snowpiercer is not included; this because the author of the trailer is from France, where Snowpiercer was released in 2013. Friendly reminder that Snowpiercer, starring our very dear Chris Evans, was based on the french graphic novel Le Transperceneige. Bummer, but the trailer still rocks.

The match cuts are impeccable, the audio blends perfectly and some of the action sequences even match. It could even serve as the trailer for a super epic comic book mashup movie.

Isn’t it incredible? Props to the creator, I salute you.

Now that we are talking about 2014 and its comic book greatness, tell us: which movie was your favourite?
