We’re less than a month away from the debut of Captain America: The Winter Soldier.

Okay. My little Cap loving fangirl heart can barely take it anymore. I have been waiting for this for a lot of spoiler reasons…although at this point I question how big of a spoiler the Winter Soldier’s identity is…

Anyway! Yes. I have been awaiting this forever and I need it. I just need the wonderfulness of Steve Rogers (played by Chris Evans) on a screen once more.

Well Marvel has, obliviously, heard our (or at least my) prayers: they have released a brand spankin’ new clip from the movie for the enjoyment of fans everywhere. Why? Because Marvel loves us and we’ve started to recover from that Guardians of the Galaxy trailer.

So the scene is set with SHIELD aiming to reclaim a ship which was captured by pirates led by Bartoc (known in comics as Bartoc the Leaper). Cap takes command of the mission and sets up a base plan. Then, because he is Captain Goddamn America, jumps out of a plane with a parachute and kicks ass the moment he lands on deck followed by the rest of his team (including the lovely Scarlett Johansson reprising her role as Black Widow).

So hey, go Widow kicking ass and beating a guy upside a head with a pipe because that was amazingly cathartic to watch. The whole scene blends secrecy from a government agency such as SHIELD with some good old fashioned plain ass kicking.

Checkout the clip below for more goodness!

Captain America: The Winter Soldier debuts in the internationally on March 26th and in the U.S. on April 4th.
