Today is Valentine’s Day and I can’t think of a better way to celebrate it than with the one (or ones) that you love. That’s exactly what I did by buying, downloading and watching the movie Camp Takota.

If you have ever been on YouTube at all in your life then you’ve probably at least heard of Grace Helbig, Hannah Hart and Mamrie Hart (no relation). If you haven’t, then you are the worst and you should go and check out all of their channels. Okay, you’re not the worst but you’ve definitely been slacking! The three of them have been on YouTube for years, are best friends and what better way to celebrate that than putting all of their incredible talents together to form one huge laugh and alcohol filled ball of perfection known as Camp Takota.

Camp Takota is a movie that follows Elise (Grace Helbig) and how in the span one year things could go from bad, to worse and then to amazing. After losing her job and finding out that her fiancé is cheating on her, Elise decides to relive the good ol’ days by agreeing to be a camp counselor at her childhood campgrounds, Camp Takota. It is there that she is reunited with her best friends Maxine (Mamrie Hart) and Allison (Hannah Hart). All is great until the camp they’ve all grown to know and love is in danger of being shut down and turned into a Digital Interactive Camp, also known as D.I.C.

Naturally, as a HUGE fan of Grace, Hannah and Mamrie, I pre-ordered the movie and was able to watch it this morning. It is going to be the best thing that’s happened to me today, hands down. I wasn’t sure at first how it was going to be because I knew that I loved these ladies but seeing them actually acting in a movie is different than watching them on their channels and in their regular videos. Within the first 13 minutes, I was sold. I was already tweeting and telling my friends about how much I loved the movie and how I couldn’t wait to see what happened. It is a very laid-back comedy filled with amazing one-liners and shows such a great representation of friendship kicked me in the feels (but in a good way). Oh, and of course, puns. It wouldn’t be right if a movie with Hannah and Mamrie both didn’t have puns!

If I had to rate this movie, on a scale of 1-10, I think it’s no surprise that I’m going to give it a 10. It’s just a such a great feel good movie that you can watch when you need a good laugh. Not to mention it makes me have so many proud feels to see these three girls being able to branch out from YouTube and show their amazing talents in a larger format!

Please check out the trailer below to see what all I’m talking about and if you so wish to order the movie (digital download only) and/or merchandise you can do so here! If you’ve already watched it, let us know what your favorite parts or lines were in the comments!
